We had a great time at the Health & Wellbeing Roadshow in November – visiting the Bedford Sixth Form and Bedford College.  We spoke with hundreds of young people, discussing mental health, the benefits of counselling and getting the right support at the right time.  The students shared lots of ideas about how young people can look after their mental health and wellbeing too.  Our little bugs were very popular too!   If you would like us to visit your school or college let us know and we can make a plan.
