The team has risen to the demands of this with professionalism and an evident dedication to ensuring young people continue to have access to the highest quality, free, professional counselling. 

Feedback from young people regarding quality & effectiveness:

A survey of 149 clients tells us:  

82% agreed it was easy to contact us

82% of young people reporting feeling less anxiety, stress and worry

96% agreed we treated them well

70% agreed we provided enough counselling sessions

91% agreed we provided a welcoming environment

96% agreed we helped them to understand their feelings

89% agreed we provide a service which is a good way to deal with their problems

Our counsellors’ “end of counselling assessments” indicated that 85% of our clients seen in 2018/19 had shown significant improvement by the end of their 12 sessions of counselling.
