Bedford Open Door is a charity providing FREE and confidential counselling to young people. Counselling is provided by a team of fully trained, experienced and friendly volunteer counsellors.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday evenings
4.30 – 6.30pm
Thursday evening Friday evening
5.00 - 7.00pm 4.15 - 6.15pm
Wednesday morning
9.30 - 12.30pm
Saturday morning
10.30 - 12.30pm
Clients can drop into the building between
10.30 -12.00pm on a Saturday morning
or
5.00-7.00pm on a Tuesday evening
and have a chat with a counsellor.
The office is usually staffed Monday to Wednesday
9.00 - 2.00pm and Thursday and Friday 10.30-2.00pm

Counselling is often confused with other types of helping relationships. People sometimes believe that they will receive advice and be told what to do by their counsellor, but the overall aim of counselling is to provide a chance for you to work towards living in a happier way and to help you find your strengths.

We are currently able to see clients aged 13-25 who live in Bedfordshire. **
Clients referred from GP's can only be ages 13-17
Call and register with our service.
We do have a waiting list but aim to see you as soon as we can.
